RSSJudge Violates Rights Of Woman And Orders Her Children To Government School

The attack on home schoolers continues. It has been being fought viciously abroad, particularly in Germany with only the random case here in the states. But with California recently trying to eliminate home schoolers that are regularly making their government funded schools look bad, the battle has been fully joined and it is upon our shores. Now, reports WorldNetDaily, a judge has actually ordered a woman to send her children to the public government school!
A North Carolina
judge has ordered three children to attend public schools this fall because the homeschooling their mother has provided over the last four years needs to be “challenged.”The children, however, have tested above their grade levels – by as much as two years.
The decision is raising eyebrows among homeschooling families, and one friend of the mother has launched a website to publicize the issue.
The ruling was made by Judge Ned Mangum of Wake County, who was handling a divorce proceeding for Thomas and Venessa Mills.
This is an unconscionable violation of this woman’s rights and ranks right up there with Connecticut trying to take over local churches. The woman’s children are, after being repeatedly tested, doing much better than their public schooled counterparts. So why would any sane person order a citizen of these United States to dumb down their children by sending them to a school that is not performing as well as their current system of education? The answer is no sane person would and that therefore Judge Mangum is not sane.
So the Judge’s “logic” is what then? Get this! He claims that by putting them into classrooms that are below their current level of learning that such will,”prepare these kids for the real world and college.” He also cited that the children needed more, “socialization.” Uh … how right he might be using that term but not in the way he wanted it to be taken!
This judge is an embarrassment and should be impeached immediately. No judge should intervene in the schooling of children when their parents are clearly showing that they are more capable than those in the public schools who the state certifies as competent. The only reason this is being done is to help stop a woman that is not an official state agent making the state school look bad and she must fight for her rights. Not only that, but the citizens of this nation must stand with her shoulder to shoulder and with loaded rifles if necessary to let these petty tyrants know that we mean business.
