RSSFIGHT! Mom Not Going To Take Judge’s Decision Laying Down!

WorldNetDaily is reporting that the homeschooling mother ordered by a North Carolina judge to send her children to public school, despite the fact that they are testing better than public school children their same age, is going to fight the judge’s decision.
A North Carolina homeschooling mother, ordered to stop teaching her children at home and send them to public school, said she will appeal the judge’s ruling.
This judge is a nitwit. He contradicts himself in his own ruling saying at one time, “I thought Ms. Mills had done a good job,” while at another implying that she had not, “It will do them a great benefit to be in the public schools, and they will challenge some of the ideas that you’ve taught them, and they could learn from that and make them stronger.”
In other words, Judge Mangum believes that although the children are testing ahead of their counterparts in public school, he is taking issue with certain things she might be teaching them above and beyond that? Like what perhaps? Religion?
But here is the rub and the conclusion that Judge Mangum doesn’t realize he has just set forth. If it is good for Mill’s children to be “challenged” by being forced into public schools then isn’t it also a good idea to “challenge” public school children to be forced to be home schooled? You know, since apparently home schooled children like these are doing better than them?
No, no, that would be too much equality and the judge’s ruling has nothing at all to do with that. What it has to do with is attempting to destroy the values a woman that is making a mockery of the public school system and their “trained” educators.
I say again, Judge Mangum needs to be impeached. He has violated the rights of this woman.

Public schools nowadays are a joke. After I had enough of the school system, I home schooled my son. I am very proud of him, he went to UCF and he is responsible and pays his bills, he doesn’t do drugs and has never been in any trouble. I do hope they impeach this judge, he has no right to do what he is doing.
