RSSObama The Fear Monger!

Gee, and I thought George Bush was a “fear monger” … at least according to the left who hated his guts. But as the truth continues to unwind, it is once again liberals that are the real fear mongers. Take for example the completely idiotic quote by Barack Obama in an editorial in the Washington Post yesterday. And remember while reading this that this is the President who we are told is so incredibly smart!
Because each day we wait to begin the work of turning our economy around, more people lose their jobs, their savings and their homes. And if nothing is done, this recession might linger for years. Our economy will lose 5 million more jobs. Unemployment will approach double digits. Our nation will sink deeper into a crisis that, at some point, we may not be able to reverse.
Wait, so if we don’t pass a trillion or so dollars in pork barrel spending and crank up the printing presses America may not be able to reverse course out of this recession? No Mr. Obama and you know better how stupid that statement is.
To say that without the 2009 Porktacular “we may not be able to reverse” ranks right up there with Nancy Pelosi claiming that we will loose 500 MILLION jobs a month without it! Oh, and in case you don’t understand why Comrade Pelosi’s comments are dumb, realize that there are only 300 million people total in the United States.
The article is entitled, “The Action Americans Need.” So now we have gone from the hope we need, to the change we need, to the action we need?
What Barack Obama doesn’t want to admit to the American public is that what will will endanger America is the current Porkapalooza going on in Congress right now. America will certainly survive without it … what Obama fears though is that as the liberal socialist state collapses without it that he and his fellow travelers will loose power. It is not America he fears not recovering. It is the continued socialist state he fears not continuing.
America will survive and the socialist state will collapse. All that is happening is that the socialists who seek to control and expand government into every aspect of our lives are trying to postpone that collapse until after they have benefited from it and are long gone.
Here I thought Obama was a leader! Turns out he is a fear monger afraid of loosing his own power.
