ACD Site Performance Issues

Greetings,

Mr. Jackson and the rest of the staff have asked me to update everyone on the recent downtime here over this weekend.  This downtime is NOT a result of this site in particular but, as far as we are concerned, the fault of our hosting provider who is apparently having problems although we cannot get any response out of them on the issue which has been going on now for over 24 hours.

These issues, whatever they are, are causing the site to be inaccessible at times and slow when it is accessible.  In the past they have attempted to blame these issues on our site and its size, presumably in an attempt to get us to pay them a lot more money.  But now that these issues are apparently striking a large number of their clients they are actually looking into the problems.

We hope that this will be resolved soon.  In the meantime we ask for you patience.
