Aunt Zeituni Is Back!
J.J. Jackson | January 31, 2009
Remember Obama’s beloved Aunt Zeituni who was found to be in the United States illegally during the campaign and who had defied an order to leave the country? Well, apparently emboldened by a relative of her’s in the Oval Office she is still defying deportation and continuing to seek being allowed to stay in America.
It is sort of typical. Liberals just keep fighting until you eventually give in and Obama’s Aunt will no doubt be expecting some favoritism. Now I doubt that Obama will come out and give that favoritism openly, but if she is allowed to stay after willfully violating U.S. Immigration law it certainly would not be a surprise!
President Barack Obama’s illegal alien aunt has enlisted the help of an immigration lawyer to help her win asylum and stay in the United States.
Margaret Wong and Associates is representing Zeituni Onyango, the 56-year-old Kenyan half-sister of Obama’s deceased father, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Onyango and her lawyer are scheduled to attend an immigration hearing in Boston on April 1.
“The judge will be looking at evidence that they may not have been aware of four years ago,” Michael Rogers, spokesman for Wong, told the newspaper. “Wong is optimistic. We would have preferred to not conduct this case in the media spotlight, but that’s not going to happen.”
Onyango, revealed in November to be dwelling on Flaherty Way in a South Boston slum, has been living in the United States illegally, refusing to leave the U.S. for her Kenyan homeland after a judge rejected her request for asylum in 2004.
It’s going to be a great four years isn’t it?

Something doesn’t pass the smell test here. It seems like the Obamas are beloved in Kenya. So why would Barack’s aunt need asylum?
That is an excellent point Pea and something that I had not even thought of. Yes, the Obamas don’t seem to have any problems or enemies in high places in Kenya. In fact, if events happened to Jerome Corsi as the way WND reported them, it would seem Kenya is actually very protective of and friendly towards the Obamas.
Hmmm. Interesting.
