I Have Cast My Die And I Continue To Defend My Hill

Author’s note: Please read “This Is My Hill” if you do not understand what I refer to when I discuss “my hill.”

I have just gotten home from voting and I will report that I have stayed true to the philosophy I discussed in my popular Internet article “This is my Hill.” I will not lie to you. I was indeed tempted to cast my lot with the lesser of two evils and select Senator John McCain. However while standing at the voting booth I prayed for clarity and guidance and was given it by our Lord who stayed my hand and gave me the conviction to cast my vote for Alan Keyes.

I have defended my hill one more time altough it was not and will not be without great pain. But it was the right thing to do.  I will not run. But I will pray for America because I fear that we shall need Divine Providence to save us from what is to come.
