SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (AP) - Dozens of juvenile criminals have been shipped to San Bernardino County as part of San Francisco’s sanctuary city policy designed to shield the minors from deportation. Assistant probation chief Michelle Scray says local officials were not notified the 28 juvenile offenders were placed in San Bernardino County group homes in the past two years, 11 of the juveniles were illegal immigrants and all but one walked away from the group homes.
