The Colorado State Patrol issued a statement Sunday identifying the driver and passengers of a sport utility vehicle involved in a fatal rollover accident Friday night on Interstate 70 near Edwards. Lenora Hernandez, 20, who the State Patrol said is an illegal immigrant, faces charges of vehicular homicide, careless driving causing bodily injuries, DUI and driving without a license, the statement said. Hernandez was treated at the Vail Valley Medical Center and released into the custody of state troopers, the statement said.
