Police in Rock Hill say they know who’s responsible for a hit-and-run that left a York County teenager dead Friday night. Authorities arrested Santiago Solis late Saturday. He has been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident involving a death and not having an S.C. driver’s license. The first charge carries up to 25 years. Solis is also being held due to his illegal immigrant status. 15-year old Christopher Lanier was dirt bike riding with his friends on Adnah Church Road when the Ford pickup truck knocked him off his bike and kept going.
