Captain Derek Argel Memorial Ride - August 17 - 27, 2008

Deb and Todd Bastian will be getting on their bikes and riding from Lompoc, CA to Milwaukee, WI beginning August 17. They are riding in honor of their son, Captain Derek Argel. The Ride is to raise funds for the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. We will publish the itinerary in full in August - in the meantime, you can go to the website: www.specia lops.org for ride details. Events are being planned along the way - please make plans to join Deb and Todd when they are in your location.

Want to help? Deb and Todd are not asking for help for themselves. They ask that you consider donating the cost of a single tank of gas to the Special Ops Warrior Foundation. So for a motorcycle that is 6 gallons X current cost of gas - $25. Your small donation will go a long way towards meeting the needs of the children of these special warriors!

Families United will be covering the gas for the ride. Your donations will go directly to help the children!
