Peeping Tom Suspect Arrested

SHAWNEE, Kan. — A Shawnee mother dialed 911 when she saw a face staring back at her through her apartment window on Saturday, police said. The woman and her child were home alone when she said she suddenly felt someone watching her. Police said that when they arrived, they found Saul Najera, 31, with his pants unzipped, looking into the woman’s window.
