Just Plain Stupid

So I am sitting at work the other morning eating a package of Grandma’s Homestyle Chocolate Chip Cookies when I am reading the nutritional information on the back. Aside from the absolutely idiotic claim that despite there being two cookies in a package and a serving is only 1 cookie and there are two in the pack, there is an interesting bit of “new math” on the back.

One cookie has 190 calories but two cookies have only 370 calories according to Frito Lay who owns the company. Now figure that one out considering 190 x 2 = 380.
