I just love it when I see articles that tell me that I need to cut back on driving, I need to reduce my energy usage I need to bend over and get the Vaseline, And I especially love it when law makers who get to either lease these wonderful high priced hybrids at my expense or get reimbursed $.44 per gallon also at my expense get up on their high horses about how we the little people, the minions can eat cake. These people have no real intention to try and lower our gas prices unless we force them because they have absolutely no idea what it feels like to dread looking at the prices, they have not got a clue what it is like to have to pay half your paycheck just for the luxury of going to work so you can put another half of your check or more in the next week.

The guy who is going to give us change, who is going to heal America is driving around in a Chrysler 300C a full size sport luxury sedan going around saying stuff like we must cut back on fuel consumption, we must cut green house gasses but that we business obviously does not include him, I think he might want to practice what he is preaching for a CHANGE. McCain drives a Cadillac CTS a mid size luxury sedan and while he has asked the oil companies to help us pour minions we all know that was for show, why should he care it does not affect him as a matter of fact it does not affect any of those people who claim to have our best interest at heart.

Not a single one of those people who say they are trying to get the prices lowered have to decide whether to go ahead and buy the groceries you had wanted to or to cut back just in case the gas prices rise one day during the week and you get caught low on cash. But we do don’t we? We live with this every single time we get up, every time we walk to our car, every time we have to decide if we really need to go to the doctor, or pay the house note or electricity bill, yeah we know. And we know that the only reason we are in this mess is because we cannot drill in our own back yard, no we must preserve that for the birds, the turtles, what ever animal they decide is more important than a human. The democrats so in love with nature have voted against us being able to drill in America four times since 2007, they have voted to keep us dependent on foreign oil each and every time all the while telling us we need to conserve more so we won’t be dependent on foreign oil.

It is flat out ridiculous that these people that brought us the new light bulbs made in China and forced them down our throats, can tell us the people that we can not drill in our own country, I thought this was a government by the PEOPLE for the PEOPLE not a government by the democrats for the democrats. First they force these property owners off their property so the animals can live happily and then when America needs the resources under that land they drive their fancy cars that we pay for to work and say I don’t think so we might upset an animal. And tell them we want to drill in America, tell them that turtles don’t vote but you do, tell them you have had enough and it is time the humans came first, tell them you know they don’t feel your pain, but when they get voted out they will. Now I know we are all getting the donation requests, like they don’t have enough of our money they must have that last penny or some monster will take over the White House, or their senate seat, here is a solution any time you get one in the mail make a copy of your gas receipts and send it back to them, they might just get the point. It is up to us to push the point, it is up to us to make them do their jobs, I don’t know about you but after having to pay $30.00 for a half a tank of gas I am ready for a fight.
