Julio Cesar Carbajal-Cortez, 21, of Mexico, was pulled over in the 300 block of Priest Drive and admitted to having a fake ID, police said. After searching his vehicle, police found two Arizona drivers’ licenses, one Social Security card, three Mexican drivers’ licenses and a stack of 200 blank plastic cards, according to police reports.
