Dear MAIA MEMBERS & FRIENDS!

Mr. Michael Bruning, one of the founding members of MAIA has been leading the charge with respect to the Federal Complaint against the Mayor of Phoenix and others, and the support has been wonderful. However, we are coming close to the final draft and in that, Mr. Bruning is asking for your additional support and help.

Please read his request below and please comply if you have not done so already. Please ask your friends to help in writing and sending in to us their statements to attach to this Complaint. You do not need to live in Arizona to participate in your statement being added.

If you or a family member have been victims of illegal aliens, i.e., robbed, car accident or fatality, or any other crime involving an illegal alien, please send us your statement and your story to attach to this Complaint.

We at MAIA really appreciate your cooperation and we believe with your help, we will have a favorable outcome.

MY DEAR FRIENDS IN FREEDOM AND IN DEFENSE OF LIBERTY:

I am getting near the end of having the Federal Complaint complete as a draft, but I am in need of at least 100 more email comments re the problems associated with Illegal Aliens in your area (copies), as well as anything that you may have heard about the growing problems specifically related to the Mayor and Police Chief of Phoenix….the Police Chief of Mesa, AZ….the Mayor and Town Council of Guadalupe, AZ….and the Latina Caucus Members who are in the AZ Legislature, specifically Ben Miranda, Elias Bermudez, Steve Girardo, etc., and former State Senator Alfredo Gutierrez and Day Labor agitator and Marxist….Salvador Reza, et al. These are the people who will be mentioned in the Federal Complaint, but they are not all inclusive. There are more whose names will be merely John or Jane Doe and who will be described as appointed or as public employee’s who are actively engaged in “political” activity or who are doing the bidding of elected officials or those who have been appointed by elected officials to serve in a specific position….all of whom are required to take an Oath of Affirmation and Allegiance prior to serving or being employed.

It is crucial that you share this information with me, so that the recipients of the Federal Complaint will have a clear picture as to how these individuals are using their elected or otherwise public positions to encourage, support, endorse and actively speak out against the law and those law enforcement personnel who are actively engaged in the enforcement of relevant Federal, State and Local Statutes, laws, Rules and Regulations as they apply to Illegal Immigration specifically and to other laws which have a clear and defined nexus to same.

Your personal comments and related articles and references, as well as your name, address and phone number….no matter where you live….will compliment and supplement the arguments contained in the Complaint. Your support is as important to the successful outcome of this effort and will certainly be useful in the efforts of those who have begun a RECALL AGAINST MAYOR GORDON OF PHOENIX, AZ.
