NORTH OF SAN ISIDRO - An illegal immigrant was found safe after a massive grass fire. It happened just north of Hidalgo County. The woman told authorities a smuggler led her and seven other people through the area when the fire broke out. Everyone reportedly scattered leaving her to fend for herself. There’s no word if the others were found.
