BRADENTON — A 25-year-old illegal alien was arrested Tuesday on a charge that he sexually molested a 3-year-old girl, the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said. The victim was taken to Manatee Memorial Hospital on Saturday complaining of pain, according to sheriff’s reports. A medical examination determined the girl had been molested, authorities said. Authorities said the suspect, Israel Lugo Rios, 25, who lived in the 2000 block of 37th Avenue East, knows the victim. Rios, a native of Mexico, is in the country illegally, sheriff’s officials said.
