ICE arrests 4 illegal immigrants in Montgomery

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) — Four illegal immigrants have been arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement special agents for trafficking more than $5 million in counterfeit merchandise. Kemo Krubally, 39, a native of Gambia, West Africa, operates wholesale and retail merchandise outlets and was arrested along with three other men. The arrests were the result of an extensive investigation by ICE agents in Montgomery and Gulfport, Miss. The counterfeit goods were seized by ICE special agents and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department. The items seized included counterfeit Nike shoes and counterfeit Prada and Coach handbags.
