The immigrants rights march that brought 2,500 marchers to downtown Santa Rosa on Thursday also resulted in at least three fights between rival Santa Rosa gangs. No injuries were reported and no one was arrested, Santa Rosa Police Capt. Gary Negri said. Participants in a 1 p.m. march from Santa Rosa Junior College said their group had been joined by Norteno gang members who were traveling with the march to meet up with Sureno gang members. About 50 to 70 Nortenos waited for the marchers to pass at Third and B streets, Negri said.
