Honestly Why Should Hillary Quit

I know there are a lot of liberal, socialist Democrats out there upset that Hillary Clinton is still in the race for her party’s nomination. But honestly, why should she quit? Despite what you might hear about how Obama is whopping her, the matchup is remarkably close as the racists and the sexists in the Democratic Party duke it out for supremacy.

Hillary currently has 1,575 delegate and Obama has 1,705 which means that Obama has a 130 delegate lead – 4% of the total delegates currently awarded.

The math certainly doesn’t favor Clinton. The odds of her catching Barack Obama are nil since the Democratic Party apportions delegates rather than use a winner takes all system. That means Obama is guaranteed of picking up more delegates in each contest and unless Hillary starts winning with 100% in each, it doesn’t look good.

But she’s not getting whipped. 130 delegates is not that big of a lead or that huge of a difference and Hillary has every right to stay in the race and should considering how close she really is to Obama.

Hey, this is the system the Democrats set up. They are going to have to live with it.
