Air America Can’t Buy Publicity – Suspends Rhodes To Try To Get Some

Air America is trying to get some free publicity by suspending liberal moonbat wacko host Randi Rhodes:

Randi Rhodes, an afternoon host for the progressive Air America radio network, was suspended Thursday after repeatedly insulting Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton at an event last month.
Ms. Rhodes used vulgar language that likened Mrs. Clinton to a prostitute at an event sponsored by KKGN, the Air America affiliate in the San Francisco area, on March 22. A video of Ms. Rhodes’ remarks was published to the video-sharing Web site YouTube on Tuesday, prompting condemnations by some bloggers.

In a statement, Charlie Kireker, the chair of Air America, said the radio network “encourages strong opinions about public affairs but does not condone such abusive, ad hominem language by our hosts.”

Wa –wa –what? Air America doesn’t condone “ad hominem language” by their hosts? Have you listened to your typical liberal on Air America or Randi Rhodes in general Mr. Kireker? That’s all she does!

While I often get accused of making ad hominem attacks by leftists who don’t have two brain cells to rub together, they are really the ones that always rant and screem without an “answer to the contentions made” – which is what ad hominem refers to. Talk about global warming being a hoax and provide evidence the Earth isn’t going to end and get called a name without a serious rebuttal. Talk about how liberals are really communists, socialists and Marxists and get called a fascist. Even approach the topic of how abortion is murder and get called “anti-woman”. We all know the leftist drill and their talking points.

So what is this all about really? Publicity – that’s it. Mr. Kireker is hoping and praying that the media will give his company some free press. Because boy do they need help!
