OBAMA ASSURED MISSISSIPPI. HOW MANY FOR HIM ARE BIBLE CARRIERS?

Media reports that Barack Obama is assured a big win in Mississippi.

“In Mississippi, more than half the Democratic voters are African Americans. . .” per FoxNews.com.

So what?

Well, the assumption is that African Americans will vote for black candidate Obama. If that is true, the question that comes to my mind is this: How many of these African Americanize go to what is often termed a “Bible-believing church”? In other words, an evangelical church, a church where the Bible is preached as the infallible Word of God.

African Americans who attend that kind of church and hear that kind of preaching logically cannot vote for Obama.

Why? Because Obama holds to anti-biblical positions. They include his support for abortion. He also endorses same-gender duos. These two issues alone mean that a “Bible-believing Christian” cannot vote for Obama.

However, it appears that many who attend such churches are not really aware of Obama’s political stance on moral issues.

Some of these people have been caught up in his rallies, gone to his gospel concerts sponsored in Southern states and are enamored by his charisma.

What is said for African Americans can also be pointed to whites in Southern states, including Mississippi. How can anyone who testifies to being a born again Christian, holding to the Bible as divinely inspired, vote for a child murderer and one who stands for same-gender recreational sex?

“Obama isn’t denying that a state with a 38 percent black population is a help. At an NAACP convention in the state capital of Jackson, delegates told FOX News this is the first chance they’ve had to vote for a black presidential candidate who has a realistic chance of being elected.”

African Americans and whites and any other ethnic or skin color group should consider first and foremost the candidates’ positions on ethical issues.

The color of skin should not enter into a rational decision regarding who an American votes for for US President.
