Conservatives say they’re not going to be bouncing in the streets come November booth day.
They’ll vote for John McCain but it won’t be after poking McCain signs into their lawns ad infinitum.
Well, Reps have not been running to the votes thus far. Dems have bulged out the voting scenes. They stand in lines. They plow through snow. They slide over ice.
Reps are lax this time around. That won’t work well in November.
So with the Reps dragging their heels because they’re not all that happy with McCain, they’d better consider another motive for getting their posteriors moving in November.
It’s pro-life.
If Dems get in, abortuaries increase nationwide. Defenseless children are slaughtered in greater number. Teens are encouraged to “do away with the inconvenience.” Abortion clinics are set outside public schools. Abortion is put into curricula.
If Reps get in, we at least will have a Big Office occupant who is pro-life. And if he ever changes his mind on that score, his hide is in danger. Big danger.
Therefore, Reps need to rev up their machine. They need to put on a happy, go-get-‘em pace and tell America that their party is going to oust the Dems in November.
Reps need to scare the devil out of Dems, for presently that’s where the devil resides in full swing. Hillary and Obama are housed by the spirit of Antichrist. No doubt about it. They are walking evil.
So the evangelicals want to hear McCain say the two words “born again.” Well, he’s not going to do that. He already told media that he’s not “born again” but “just plain Christian.”
His Phoenix Baptist emeritus pastor says he believes McCain knows Christ but at the same time is not all that savvy with theological language.
Frankly, having been in the ministry for half a century, I know people who are aligned with Christ but are not that verbiage savvy either. What counts is the life.
Does McCain evidence, even with his temper flares, a heart that serves Christ? By the way, I also know plenty of “born again” believers who have a temper flare temperament. So welcome to reality, evangelicals.
What counts most in November, bottom line, is saving the unborn. Dems will kill them gladly. Reps will save them.
Vote up this fall, Reps. Get out there to do more than say you’re going to do it. Do it.
