RSSGore Still Peddling Snake Oil – Sounds More And More Nutty

Al Gore and his followers, as we all know, are wedded to the idea that man is causing the Earth to warn at an alarming rate and that if we don’t do something, and do it right now, then we are all doomed. Haven’t we been down this road enough times already to know that it is a dead end?
But don’t criticize Al Gore’s wacky theories. Oh no. Because if you do you are the nut!
The former vice president and former presidential candidate talks to 60 Minutes correspondent Lesley Stahl in an interview to be broadcast this Sunday, March 30, at 7 p.m. ET/PT.Confronted by Stahl with the fact some prominent people, including the nation’s vice president, are not convinced that global warming is man-made, Gore responds: “You’re talking about Dick Cheney. I think that those people are in such a tiny, tiny minority now with their point of view, they’re almost like the ones who still believe that the moon landing was staged in a movie lot in Arizona and those who believe the world is flat,” says Gore. “That demeans them a little bit, but it’s not that far off,” he tells Stahl.
Ah yes, you have got to admire the left for how they can twist and contort any argument into an argument for their cause.
People who disagree with his crackpot theories are akin to people who deny the moon landing or believe the Earth is flat? Really? How exactly is that?
Because both those groups deny actual science in order to claim such things. In other words it is you, Al Gore, and your acolytes that are actually akin to the Flat Earthers and the moon landing deniers (and I’ll throw the 9/11 Troofers in that mix for good measure too) because you are the ones denying actual science and relying on blind and unsupported faith for your convictions.
Global Warming? Heck we’ve been a good 5-15 degrees F colder than AVERAGE here in Pittsburgh, PA for the past month or so. I’d kill for some “Global Warming” right about now.
God is laughing at Gore and those that follow him. Because he is peddling the same snake oil about doomsday that so many others have tried over the centuries.

the sad part is that the drooling masses who don’t understand the scientific method and skepticism buy into al gore’s sexy graphic powerpoint slides. because america has failed our students, and led them to believe that if powerpoint slides are good enough, they substitute for REAL SCIENCE.
NOTHING in gore’s profiteering powerpoint slideshow has been proven to be true. this is all politics and no science. you can believe that for certain if you look at gore’s carbon consumption - it’s 10x what the avg joe he wants to coerce over uses in a year. he travels half the world in a gasoline powered jet to show 100 people his crappy powerpoint presentation? and he thinks this is a good trade?
we only have ourselves to blame for not teaching america’s impressionably (and rather dumb) youth what the scientific method is all about. it’s all about popularity now.. we’ve reverted to the 1500s
