Will Texans take the lead in securing our nation?

As a fellow Texan I bring you excellent news, the election is not over, John McCain has not won and we my fellow Texans can be the ones who turn everything on its ears. It has long been said things are done differently in Texas and I sure hope that stands true today because we my friends have an extra ordinary opportunity to prove the media wrong, that John McCain will not be our nominee, will not have any chance to sit in the Oval office and sign that amnesty bill he so prizes. Yes, I know it looks hopeless, I know we are almost the last ones to get a chance to vote for a nominee and I know a lot of you have already decided you will either not vote in the primary or you will switch sides, well this war is not over yet.
You see if Texas does not deliver for John McCain, he will not get his 1191 delegates he needs to win the nomination, and that means a brokered convention like the one Reagan won in the eighties. You see by simply not voting for McCain you can open up the election to anyone who chooses to run, the one you really wanted to be your nominee. Let me tell you we Texans do things bigger and better than anyone and if we don’t want John McCain to be our nominee then he won’t be our nominee. We have the chance here in Texas to make a very big, bold statement; we have a chance to turn the media on its ears, we can sit and watch election news and see the shock come over them when their chosen one is not chosen. Now Democrats you are not left out of the fun either, don’t want Obama, then don’t vote for him force a brokered convention it is the ultimate revenge for being passed the leftovers.
If none of these people speak for you then get off your duff on March 4th and speak for yourself. Tell these people loud and clear that they have never spoken for you and you want someone who finally will. Then if you really want to have some fun when you leave and they do their exit polls tell them you voted for McCain or Obama who ever you wish then go home and watch the media freak out again when their polling data doesn’t match what is happening before their very eyes. Ah you got to love it the chance to take the election progress right back to square one and tell them it isn’t what we want, we are not about to take your cold leftovers we want to decide for ourselves, so the big question is will you just mark republican and take what they hand you or will you be a strong independent Texan and take this election back, the choice is up to you, will Texans take the lead in securing our nation???
