SELIGMAN, Ariz. — A 30-year-old illegal immigrant has been booked on two counts of forgery and one count of identity theft after he was arrested during a traffic stop near Seligman, said the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office. A YCSO deputy stopped a white Chevy S10 pickup, displaying California plates, for excessive speed on the eastbound Interstate 40 at milepost 115 Wednesday afternoon. The driver, Donaciano Bahena-Bahena, provided a Mexican Consular card as identification, deputies said. The deputy also noticed a Social Security card and Permanent Resident Card in his wallet that displayed an unrelated name and date of birth, deputies said.
