ROFL! Vermont Town’s Petition Sparks Backlash

I talked about this little Marxist enclave in Vermont the other day but there has been need for an update today.
BRATTLEBORO, Vt. - A town petitionmaking President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney subject to arrest for crimes against the Constitution has triggered a barrage of criticism from people who say residents are “wackjobs” and “nuts.”In e-mail messages, voicemail messages and telephone calls, outraged people are calling the measure the equivalent of treason and vowing never to visit Vermont.
“Has everyone up there been out in the cold too long?” said one.
“I would like to know how I could get some water from your town,” said another. “It’s obvious that there is something special in it.”
…
A few messages were positive (”Arrest Bush and Cheney? You go, Brattleboro!” wrote one man) but most were critical.
Aw, poor little moonbats. When you swim in the ocean the sharks are a danger.
Just whatever you do in responding to these lefttards up there don’t go overboard. Yes, they are traitors (it is aid and comfort to the enemy what they are doing after all) and yes they do probably deserve to be hanged from the neck until dead but they’ll never get their way and just look like fools chattering away with hypocrisy oozing from their mouths.
The remarkable thing here is the report that “most were critical”. Gee, and I thought that President Bush was so hated and a “dictator”. Looks like when given the choice between liberal moonbats and the President however, the President wins. Of course we’ve known this because we’ve seen the polls where the approval rating of the liberal controlled Congress is in the proverbial toilet.
