More charges in immigrant raid fallout

Three men who were arrested during an immigration raid at a Lindon metal factory earlier this month have been charged in federal court with re-entering the country after previously being deported.
A grand jury returned the indictments Wednesday against the men, who could face two years in federal prison if convicted of the charge.
The three men were deported in separate instances between April 2001 and September 2006 before illegally returning, charging documents state.
