PITTSBURGH - Federal prosecutors in Pittsburgh want a man charged with harboring illegal alien workers from China to forfeit his Mercedes Benz, $400,000 and computers. Thirty-nine-year-old Bao Ping Zheng of Ohio Township has been jailed since September for being in the country illegally. He has since been charged with harboring illegal workers he allegedly paid under the table to work at a business that supplies food to Chinese restaurants in the Pittsburgh area. Zheng’s attorney, Martin Dietz, says he is actively trying to resolve the case.
