Clinton Claims Her Weakness Helps Iraq On Meet The Press

Spin, spin, everywhere there’s spin …

Hillary Clinton on Meet the Press this Sunday claimed boldly that she and other cut, run, surrender and raise the white flag types are the real reason for progress in Iraq. Talk about a set of brass plated balls.

Senatorette Hillary Clinton spurted out of her mouth: “They watch us. They listen to us. I know very well that they follow everything I say. And my commitment to begin withdrawing our troops in January of 2009 is a big factor … in pushing the Iraqi government.“

Well, not like we couldn’t see this one coming. With progress being made, violence down and political reconciliation chugging right along the liberals are trying hard to convince the American public that it was their opposition to the President that is causing this change because supposedly the Iraqis know that our help is soon to end.

Of course this would be more believable IF Hillary Clinton had a consistent stance on the presence of troops in Iraq. She’s taken every position under the sun from supporting the war to supporting full out surrender to supporting a limited withdraw, etc.

So how could the Iraqis be listening to her and progressing based on it? And if the Iraqis are listening does that mean that she finally agrees the terrorists are also listening? And what do you think they are taking away from her latest messages? Just wait until 2009 and if Clinton is elected we’ll have the Middle East to ourselves? Is that what Usama is thinking?
