Bill Clinton Claims Hillary Will Lose South Carolina – Because She’s White

Bill Clinton apparently thinks there are a lot of racists in South Carolina who think that Obama is a superior candidate based on the color of his skin. After all, that is what a “racist” really is.

Racism: “a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race” (Merriam - Webster Dictionary)

“As far as I can tell, neither Senator Obama nor Hillary have lost votes because of their race or gender,” he said. “They are getting votes, to be sure, because of their race or gender - that’s why people tell me Hillary doesn’t have a chance of winning here.”

Apparently Bill thinks there aren’t enough female sexists or white racists that will vote for Hillary because she’s a woman to overcome the racists.

What does this say about the Democratic Party when you have a former president from that party making such comments? That you have a lot of racists and sexists in the party – that’s what it says.
