J.J. Jackson* | December 11, 2007
What has our government been doing extra-constitutionally as of late? No need to hunt too far to find the answer when the Department of labor will gladdly tell you all about:

- Department of Labor Releases $44.1 Million to States for Trade Adjustment Assistance
- Department of Labor announces nearly $660,000 grant for New Hampshire to assist dislocated workers
- Department of Labor announces $250,000 grant to assist southeast Iowa in strategic regional economic development
- Department of Labor awards more than $54 million to eliminate exploitive child labor around the world
- Department of Labor announces more than $1 million in assistance to help dislocated workers in Missouri
- $2.3 million grant from U.S. Department of Labor funds consortium to increase employment, self-sufficiency of Americans with disabilities

Yep. Your government at work. Still waiting for a bold tax and spend liberal to show me and the rest of America where under Article I of our Constitition any of this spending for tax payer dollars is allowed. Come on, I’ll even accept the tired old “General Welfare” clause argument just to shoot it down with historical facts and commentary from the people that actually wrote it!

what do you expect from a government that is 95% unconstitutional and citizens who are totally ignorant, just don’t care or who recieve illegal government money? This country is going the way of the old soviet union and will probably collapse in the next hundred years.
