If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again. And maybe again and again. That’s what 22-year-old Froilan Servin Lopez of Fort Myers did at the county Driver License Office in Naples, when he arrived with bogus identification to take a written license test on July 26, Aug. 7, 8, 9 and 10. “He just kept going back with the same information and they kept telling him no,” Assistant Public Defender Dave Whiting said outside court after his client pleaded no contest Tuesday to five counts of using false information and a false name to obtain a driver’s license.
