Bush Wins Again!

Republicans continue to prove that they are better at being a minority party than being in the majority.

House Democratic leaders yesterday agreed to meet President Bush’s bottom-line spending limit on a sprawling, half-trillion-dollar domestic spending bill, dropping their demands for as much as $22 billion in additional spending but vowing to shift funds from the president’s priorities to theirs.

Boy, the left sure sucks at running this country. Now if only the Republicans would be this tough to beat when they were in power and adopt a truly conservative platform top to bottom. America might actually be able to be saved!
