Romney continues to lead, Huckabee continues to surge and Thompson and Giuliani regain lost ground. There’s a log jam at the top this week.

Mitt Romney – 23%
Fred Thompson – 22%
Rudy Giuliani – 21%
Mike Huckabee – 20%
John McCain – 7%
Duncan Hunter - 3%
Tom Tancredo – 2%
Newt Gingrich – 1%
Ron Paul – 1%
Condoleezza Rice – 0%
Sam Brownback – 0%

McCain, Hunter and Tancredo all slip a couple points. Ron Paul supporters tried to make a surge this week, but it was only enough to flip him over the 0.5% hump and get him rounded up to 1%.
