RSSMexico exports its problems

Vicente Fox, former president of Mexico, recently forgot his manners when he visited the United States. Several times he publicly chastised this country for our immigration policies. It is usually considered impolite to criticize one’s host about family matters but apparently Fox suffers from no such inhibitions. He speaks of the benefit he thinks the presence of Mexicans illegally here has been. The Mexican laborer has been a benefit to certain American employers, but it is a benefit we could have done without. The presence of millions of illegal aliens depresses wages and working conditions here. They cost America billions in jail and prison costs, welfare, food programs, and education. A dollar spent educating the illegal child of an illegal alien is a dollar that should have gone to an American child’s education.

On topic and intelligent comments are always welcome as are humorous observations. But liberal talking points with no basis in reality, off topic comments, spam and advertisements are not. Even though you may think you are an intelligent liberal, you probably are not. Commenters reserve the right to mock claims about how liberal ideas, such as higher taxes, actually work and how conservative and right wingers, are NAZIs, racists, sexists, etc. and will do so with great regularity.
