T-Shirt Straw Poll Results (September 24 – 30)

With everything that has been going on as of late, I completely forgot to update the T-shirt Straw Poll numbers for last week!

Fred Thompson – 26%
Rudy Giuliani – 22%
Mitt Romney – 20%
John McCain – 12%
Newt Gingrich – 7%
Mike Huckabee – 6%
Tom Tancredo – 4%
Sam Brownback – 3%
Ron Paul – 0%
Duncan Hunter - 0%
Condoleezza Rice – 0%

On the heals of 3^rd Quarter fundraising reports Fred Thompson catapults back into the lead and Mitt Romney slips from first to third. Gingrich also slips and McCain reclaims the 4^th spot. Among the bottom of the barrel 3^rd tier candidates it remains the same with Ron Paul, Duncan Hunter and Condoleezza Rice (who isn’t running anyway) all struggling to be the “Beast of the Least”. Ron Paul retains that title for another week with officially 0.4% followed by Duncan Hunter at 0.3% and Condi at 0.1%.

I’m working on getting the T-shirt Straw Poll historical trends up and the navigation tab has been up for a while but empty due to other projects. Hopefully in the coming month the historical info will be up.
