Elizabeth Edwards has once again enter into the political arena and partaken of the liberal Kool Aid to attack Limbaugh over the phony “phony soldier” controversy ginned up by her fellow socialist travelers.
My classmates went to Vietnam, he did not. He was 4F. He had a medical disability, the same medical disability that probably should have stopped him from spending a lifetime in a radio announcer’s chair; but it is true, isn’t it? If he has an inoperable position that allows him not to serve, presumably it should not allow him to sit for long periods of time the way he does. I think this is a serious enough offense for the people who fund him, who buy ads and allow him to be on the air, need to be asked if this is what they really stand for, do they think it is all right for someone who has never served to denigrate the men and women who have simply because they are expressing an opinion. Frankly, I thought that is what we are fighting for.
I’ve said it before and I will say it again. Do you think that because you have cancer it gives you a right to continue to promote lies about someone and be a general asshole? Because I hate to break it to you Liz, but it doesn’t. When you discuss and condemn John “I severed in Vietnam” Kerry, Dick “Our Troops Are NAZIs” Durbin, Harry “The War Is Lost” Reid” and John “Where’s My White Flag?” Murtha for ACTUALLY degrading our troops you might have some credibility to discuss issues about who is and is not “denigrating” our troops.
Was this just too good to pass up? Do you care about the facts? Do you care about anything other than your husband’s political power?
You’re pathetic. Just remember, baring false witness is not looked at a kindly by the man upstairs who, if your cancer is as bad as it is claimed you might be meeting soon. God willing however you will live for a long time and give me and others plenty of tripe like this to comment on.
Any comments from any of our veterans and active duty personnel here on this?

ABSOLUTELY SPOT ON! I’m tired of liberals trying to hide behind illnesses and soldiers hiding behind wounds as a way to make themselves and their feelings beyond question. What matters is the validity of the opinion, not your chosen “sympathy” play!
Guys, let these leftists keep it up. The soldiers in Iraq are pissed beyond belief over this and I have yet to find an active duty soldier or vet that has a positive view of what these reprobates are trying to do.
