Two illegal aliens charged with attack in Woodbridge

GLUSHEFSKITwo men were charged with attacking a 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old woman whom they were following in the 1600 block of Carter Lane in Woodbridge around 1:12 a.m. Monday, according to Prince William police. Jose Ramirez, 18, and Porfirio Ramirez-Baca, 34, both of 1621 Carter Lane, were charged with two counts of assault and battery and two counts of abduction with intent to defile. Police said the 18-year-old from Manassas and the Woodbridge boy were walking when they noticed they were being followed and tried to get into their vehicle, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.
