T-shirt Straw Poll Results (Sept 10 – 16)

J.J. Jackson | September 17, 2007

It really does look like things are shaping up as little is changing aside from a few percentage points here and there:

Fred Thompson – 24%
Mitt Romney – 23%
Rudy Giuliani – 22%
Newt Gingrich – 10%
John McCain – 9%
Mike Huckabee – 6%
Tom Tancredo – 3%
Sam Brownback – 3%
Ron Paul – 0%
Duncan Hunter – 0%
Condoleezza Rice – 0%

FYI we are still being officially “boycotted” by some Ron Paul supporters if you can call it that.  Every week I get another couple emails from them about how they will not participate in this poll claiming that they (or a mysterious friend) ordered items that I am not counting which usually turn out to be canceled or declined orders.  Just a note however, 10 or 15 or even a lousy 50 items items for a week isn’t going to make any candidate show up on the radar screen of this poll based on the volume of merchandise we are currently moving.  So if you think that because you ordered 10 bumper-stickers that that will make your candidate jump a percentage or two you have another think coming.

And as always the orders have to be sucessful.  Not declined and NOT returned.

“FYI we are still being officially “boycotted” by some Ron Paul supporters if you can call it that. ”

How could we tell? If someone whose candidate is at effectively 0% boycotts the poll does it make a sound louder or softer than the tree in the forest no one is around to hear?

Well, if you can’t spike it ignore it … that’s what they say.
