Satire By John W. LillpopThe following press release was issued by the Office of Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the United States House of Representatives: With the illegal alien protest marches still fresh in our memories, Speaker Pelosi believes that the American people need progressive ideas and leadership when it comes to the issue of immigration. In order to steer America away from the subhuman quagmire that George W. Bush has created, Speaker Pelosi is proposing the following program to make America a more attractive destination for third world peasants to invade. In her own words, then, Speaker Pelosi offers her greeting to illegals in America and to the remaining peasants in Mexico who have not yet invaded America, but who will do so when monthly food stamp and welfare allotments increase by at least 10 percent.

Useless kalifonia s***
I am so disappointed with you. I have been a democrat for 50 years and was hoping for great things this year but I am so disgusted with the Congress and you. Everything you do seems to me to be done “just to be the opposite” of Republicans, and overall just plain mean. Calling this vote on the kids health care when so many reps are in California due to the fires, is about as low as one could go in government. Shame. You alone have converted me to be a Republican.
