Moonbat Global Warming Hysterics Dismissed

A non-activist judge? WOW!
SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - A U.S. federal judge tossed out a lawsuit by California’s attorney general on Monday seeking hundreds of millions of dollars from six automakers for damaging the state with climate-changing greenhouse gases.Martin Jenkins, a federal judge in the Northern District of California, said the issue of global warming should be decided in the political rather than legal arena.“The Court finds that injecting itself into the global warming thicket at this juncture would require an initial policy determination of the type reserved for the political branches of government,” Jenkins wrote in approving the automakers’ motion to dismiss the case.
The left’s idiocy knows no bounds. Now they are trying to sue companies that are engaged in perfectly legal activities and meeting federal guidelines that they and their fellow travelers have violated the limited powers of the Constitution in order to create?
What’s next?
As always, their Global Warming hysteria is all hype and that hype is falling apart around them which is why they are trying so darn hard to get as much lunacy passed and rammed down our throats now before they are laughed out of the country. They know that if they can get bad policy implemented based on their flawed ideas that even when they are utterly proven wrong those policies will be nigh impossible to overturn.
