KLINGERSTOWN – Authorities say a man arrested Saturday night after allegedly raping a woman in her apartment is an illegal immigrant. State police at Schuylkill Haven say Justino Diaz-Espiridion, 28, of Mexico, could provide no documentation allowing him to be in the United States. “He has no permanent address and no Social Security number,” investigating officer Trooper Thomas Robin, said Wednesday. “He can’t prove his citizenship. He’ll be staying here with us for a while.” Schuylkill County District Attorney James P. Goodman said Diaz-Espiridion is an illegal immigrant. Diaz-Espiridion is charged with rape, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, simple assault, burglary and criminal trespass, police said.
