America At The Tipping Point: 50% Favor Socialized Health Insurance

The day is at hand when America ceases to be a nation of free people if a poll by Rasmussen is any indication:

Half (50%) of American voters favor government guaranteed universal health care coverage.

But:

a plurality (43%) believe such a program would be better run by private companies than by the government.

Huh? Who are these idiots and why are they voting in our country?

The schizophrenia of the American public seems to be on display once again. 50% want “guarantee” coverage, but a plurality don’t think government can do a as good of job as the private sector. So the question is who are these bozos that want the government to “guarantee” coverage even though they know government is going to botch it up?

Some people apparently need to be sent to the loony bin with thoughts like that.

I’ll issue the challenge again. Anyone want to show where in the Constitution Congress is granted the authority to dictate that the people of this nation must enter into contracts for specific services? Anyone? Come on, I know one of you moonbats out there wants to get a beat down with the facts!
