T-shirt Straw Poll Rolls On (July 30 - Aug 5 Results)
J.J. Jackson* | August 6, 2007
This week it is Tom Tancredo that finally seems to be slipping while Fred Thompson has recovered in terms of sales.
Fred Thompson – 26%
Rudy Giuliani – 21%
Mitt Romney – 21%
Newt Gingrich – 10%
J0hn McCain – 9%
Tom Tancredo – 7%
Sam Brownback – 4%
Mike Huckabee – 1%
Ron Paul – 1%
Duncan Hunter - 1%
Condoleezza Rice – 0%
With the Tancredo slip, John McCain has regained a spot in the top five for the week. With the immigration debacle behind him, John McCain’s support appears to be returning slightly as the American public forgets. Brownback, Huckabee, Hunter, Paul and Rice are all still struggling to find relevance.
Remember, the T-shirt straw poll is based on successful orders (that means declines and returns are not counted) each week of merchandise for a particular candidate from Right Things and other sites we operate around the internet. To vote you must buy something. So if your candidate isn’t where you think he or she should be then you know what you have to do.
