July 2 - 8 T-shirt Straw Poll Results.

Well, it’s that time once again for another t-shirt straw poll update.
Fred Thompson – 26%
Mitt Romney – 21%
Rudy Giuliani – 19%
Tom Tancredo – 13%
Newt Gingrich – 12%
John McCain – 4%
Sam Brownback – 3%
Mike Huckabee – 1%
Ron Paul – 1%
Duncan Hunter - 0%
Condoleezza Rice – 0%

Fred Thompson has trimmed his support by a couple points while Mitt and Rudy have gained slightly.  McCain had a mild surge, doubling his support from 2 to 4% over the past week but most of that was because of one gigantenormous order from one person.

No one else did anything much of note except for the Ron Paul supporters who appear to be back and still trying to purchase items with bad credit cards.  Several large orders which would have gotten their candidate up to 4% in the poll (if they would have been valid) failed to go through.  It’s a trend we have been seeing ever since starting the t-shrit straw poll.
