Fred Thompson Makes Campaign Staff Changes
J.J. Jackson* | July 26, 2007
Though he has not yet even declared he is running for president, Fred Thompson shook up his team Tuesday amid fears he was losing momentum and needed an injection of talent.Top advisers to the “Law & Order” actor and former U.S. senator from Tennessee had soured on Tom Collamore, the operations chief for the Republican presidential campaign in waiting.
Collamore, a former executive at Altria (nee Philip Morris), was moved to an advisory role Tuesday, advisers said.
Call me crazy Fred, but perhaps your perceived “loss of momentum” might be due to the fact that you still haven’t officially announced you will run? Eventually you have to get into the fray and duke it out if you want people to support you.
Just a thought.

The word is October J.J. They are pushing the official announcement back to October. You are just support him based on he celebrity status and his wifes mammories.
Hey October, I know that your inntelligence is probably on par with that of a cheeze stick but can you show me where Jeff has “supported” Fred Thompson?
In several posts he has criticized him however even calling him not much more than a “tease”.
Let me guess? Are you a Ron Paul supporter?
Come on LP, you are asking October to actually back up his opinions? What planet are you living on where you think that is going to happen.
The funniest thing is that the candidate Jeff has had the most good to say about is probably Ron Paul, praising him for his knowledge of Art I, Section 8 and willingness to uphold it. Of course Paul is also the candidate Jeff has been most critical of as well particularly concerning his foreign policy ideas …
