RSSBradley County Deals with Illegal Immigration

Bradley County Commissioner Jeff Yarber says illegal immigration has become a major problem. Yarber says Bradley County is becoming a “sanctuary” for immigrants looking for work and a place to live. Tonight commissioners will try to figure out a way to curb the growing number of illegal immigrants… One idea is to go after the people who hire and house them. Commissioner Jeff Yarber: “[We should] hold renters responsible who rent to illegals…hold people who have companies and employ illegal immigrants hold them some folks say that’s the first step.”
