Another Week Another T-shirt Straw Poll

J.J. Jackson* | July 23, 2007

As our T-shirt Straw poll rolls on you can see that things have changed little for the week of the 16th through the 22nd

Fred Thompson – 26%
Rudy Giuliani – 20%
Mitt Romney – 20%
Newt Gingrich – 11%
Tom Tancredo – 10%
John McCain – 6%
Sam Brownback – 4%
Mike Huckabee – 1%
Ron Paul – 1%
Duncan Hunter - 1%
Condoleezza Rice – 0%

Fred Thompson retains his lead while Newt Gingrich has gained a couple points to jump over Tom Tancredo to claim 4th place.  Even though I personally do not thing he is going to run, visitors here sure seem to want him to.  Those candidates destined to be known as the also-rans of 2008 (McCain, Brownback, Huckabee, Paul & Hunter) simply are not making any in roads with support.

Let me guess. Hmmmmmmm based on my powers of divination FLo is a Ron Paul supporter still under the illusion that Mr. Paul has something more than 1% of support from libertarians and conservatives?

    Am I right?

The Magic 8-ball says you are probably correct.

Yeah … that’s it … it’s a propaganda poll … that’s the ticket! Jeff is telling everyone which candidate to buy t-shirts for and Flo is just too poor to participate to try and spike it and it’s unfair! :( Poor baby
