Sorry to resurrect an Ahhhnold quote, but it fits:

LOS ANGELES - The head of NASA told scientists and engineers that he regrets airing his personal views about global warming during a recent radio interview, according to a video of the meeting obtained by The Associated Press.

NASA administrator Michael Griffin said in the closed-door meeting Monday at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena that “unfortunately, this is an issue which has become far more political than technical, and it would have been well for me to have stayed out of it.”

“All I can really do is apologize to all you guys…. I feel badly that I caused this amount of controversy over something like this,” he said.

So it looks like the Global Warming is man-made Gestapo has gotten to him.

Why should he apologize for speaking the truth? Because it offended moonbats serving under him and that live elsewhere in the world? Dear God, have you no spine Mr. Griffin?

To refresh your memories, what he said with regards to Global Warming was

“I have no doubt that … a trend of global warming exists,” Griffin said on NPR. “I am not sure that it is fair to say that it is a problem we must wrestle with.”

But that sent to enviro-marxists whose knowledge of history (and dare I say science?) is seriously lacking considering that it is accurate and true. No one knows that man is causing global warming and considering the FACT that the Earth has warmed and cooled both during and before man’s existence on this rock it is highly unlikely that we are having that effect now.

But it’s still a good story right? Mankind is destroying the planet and all I mean. And it is a great tool for those that want to be able to control the lives of people, micromanage their actions and infringe upon God given liberties to exploit.
